Víctor is an MSc Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with over 15 years of experience in multidisciplinary environments related to superyacht refits and new builds. He has worked in a design studio (Barracuda Yacht Design), several new-build yards (OceAnco and Oyster Yachts), and refit yards (Astilleros de Mallorca), where he has served as Commercial Director for the last 10 years.

He has extensive experience in commercial, design, engineering, and production departments, acting as an intermediary between clients, engineering teams, and subcontractors in both refit and new-build projects.

Being a professional sailor, he has been involved in many high-level projects, from dinghies to superyachts, and has recently raced as a tactician, winning several events such as the Ibiza Joy Cup, Armani Cup, and Palma Superyacht Cup.

VP Yachts is specialised in technical management (maintenance and refit) and superyacht racing organization (crew, performance & planning)
